Instant Pot Corn on the Cob

Learn how to cook this sweet & juicy Instant Pot Corn on the Cob Recipe (Pressure Cooker Corn on the Cob)! Quick & easy fresh summer treat for the whole family!


Ingredients

  • 4 ears corn on the cob , husks and silk removed


Instructions

  1. Pressure Cook the Corn on the Cob: Pour 1 cup of cold water in the pressure cooker. Place a trivet in the Instant Pot, then place 4 ears of corn on the cob on the trivet. Close the lid and cook at High Pressure for 1 - 2 minutes. Turn off the heat and Quick Release. Open the lid carefully.
  2. Serve: Serve immediately with butter, your favorite sauce or topping.

Can make the sausage mixture ahead of time and refrigerate until ready to bake. Great for tailgating, breakfast and parties! Everyone loves this recipe! Ingredients: 1 lb sausage (I used Tennessee Pride brand) 1 (8-oz) package cream cheese, softened 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce 1-1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese 2 (12-oz) cans Grands Jr flaky biscuits Instructions: Preheat oven to 375ºF. Lightly spray mini muffin pans with cooking spray, set aside. Cook sausage in a large skillet over medium-high heat until no longer pink. Drain fat. Sweet Vidalia Onion Dip is an easy hot appetizer that will have everybody begging for the recipe!  It’s perfect for game nights, holiday entertaining, or just a romantic night in. Ingredients 1 Vidalia onion, anywhere from 10-12 ounces (any sweet variety will do) 1 scant cup mayonnaise 1 scant cup sour cream 1/2 cup shredded Grana Padano cheese (substitute good Parmesan or Romano) 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella 1 cup shredded white cheddar cheese 3/4 tsp salt lots of fresh cracked black pepper to taste 4 dashes hot sauce 2 dashes Worcestershire sauce Instructions Set the oven to 375F Peel and slice the onion in half. Ingredients for 8 servings 6 potatoes, peeled 2 cups grated parmesan cheese (220 g), divided 3 teaspoons salt, divided 4 tablespoons olive oil, divided 1 sweet onion, diced 1 lb ground beef (455 g) 14 ½ oz diced tomato (410 g), 1 can, drained 4 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped, divided 1 teaspoon paprika (2 g) ½ teaspoon pepper 6 cups spinach (240 g) 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 cup ricotta cheese (250 g) 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (100 g) Preparation Preheat oven to 350˚F (180˚C). Using a knife or mandolin cut the potatoes into slices ⅛-inch (3 mm) thick. On a parchment paper-lined baking sheet, sprinkle half of the Parmesan cheese and spread until it is evenly covering the parchment paper.
